摘要
以中国制造业、服务业和信息产业等112家企业为样本进行问卷调查,在数据分析的基础上建立了结构方程模型.结果表明,企业家精神通过组织学习中介变量对企业绩效产生影响,环境的不确定性通过企业家精神、组织学习两条途径对企业绩效产生影响.
Regarding 112 enterprises of Chinese manufacturing, services, information industry as samples, this paper designed and condueted a questionnaire survey, then established a structural equation model on the base of data analysis. The result shows that the corporate entrepreneurship effects corporate performance through the intermediate variable of organization learning, while the environment uncertainty effects corporate performance by way of eorporate entrepreneurship and organization learning.
