分析轧板分厂热轧机乳液循环系统蝴蝶阀经常损坏的原因,重新进行强度计算和结构设计。经过近半年多的使用,改进后的乳液蝴蝶阀结构未再发生故障,解决了生产难题。
The article analyzes the cause of frequent damages of butterfly valve in hot-rolling mill emulsion system in rolling plate branch factory,remakes strength calculation and structure design.During more than half year of operation,the modified emulsion butterfly valve structure does not go wrong again,which solves the production problem.
