用溶液法合成了聚(丙烯酸丁酯—CO—丙烯腈)/聚氯乙烯[P(nBA—CO—AN)]共混物。用DDV-Ⅲ-EA动态粘弹仪对其进行了动态力学测量。通过改变共混配比、共聚物中AN含量、PVC分子量、增塑剂用量等因素研究了该共混物的动态力学性能。找出了拓宽该体系阻尼温域(T_g转变温度范围)的一些途径。
The polymer blends of poly(n-butyl acrylate-co-acrynitrile)/PVC were prepared from a THF solution. Several factors influencing the dynamic mechanical property of the blends are investigated by the measurement of their DMSs on a TOYO Baldwin DDV-Ⅲ-EA viscoelas-tometer, comprising the weight ratio of the components of the blend, the content of acrynitrile and the plasticizers in the blend. Some ways to inhance the damping capacity of the blends are found by the investigation.
