摘要
目的探讨透明质酸结合蛋白1(HABP1)在卵巢癌侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法分别用荧光实时定量RT-PCR和Western blot法检测HABP1 mRNA和HABP1蛋白在人卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910及高转移HO-8910PM细胞株中的表达,采用体外侵袭实验测定细胞侵袭能力。结果HO-8910PM中HABP1 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平均高于HO-8910,HO-8910PM的侵袭转移能力高于HO-8910。结论HABP1的高表达可能在人卵巢癌细胞的侵袭转移过程中发挥一定作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of hyaluronan binding protein 1 (HABP1) in the invasion and migration of ovarian cancer. Methods The fluorescent quantitation RT-PCR and Western blot methods were used to examine the expression of HABPI mRNA and HABP1 protein in ovarian cancer cell lines HO-8910 and highly metastatic HO-8910PM, the invasion and migratory ability of the two types of cell were observed by invasion assay in vivo. Results The levels of HABP1 mRNA and protein in HO-8910PM cells were both higher than those in HO-8910 cells,the invasion and migration capability of HO-8910PM cells was higher than that of HO-8910 cells. Conclusion The high expression of HABP1 may play certain role in the invasion and migration of human ovarian cancer ceils.
