Modeling and Analysis of Profit Allocation in Logistics Dynamic Alliance by Considering Risk,Contribution and Time Effectiveness

为解决物流联盟利益分配问题,假设收益分配方式为混合模式,联盟中存在盟主企业,并引入确定性等价收益的概念定量分析参与者的风险态度,建立了综合考虑风险、贡献和时间效用的物流动态联盟收益分配模型。通过对模型的分析,得出如下结论:随着联盟持续时间的增长,成员努力程度增加;随着联盟成员个数的增加,成员努力程度降低。通过数值分析证明了该方法的科学性与可操作性。

The profit allocation problem in a logistics dynamic alliance is discussed under the assumption that there is a principal in the alliance and the allocation mode is a hybrid one.By introducing the concept of certain equivalent profit,risk attitude of a member in the alliance can be quantitatively evaluated.Thus,a mathematical model is developed in considering risk,contribution,and time effectiveness.With this model,analysis is carried out.It shows that the longer an alliance lasts,the more effort is made by the members in the alliance,while the more the number of members in an alliance is,the less effort is made by the members in the alliance.The results obtained are verified by numerical experiments.
