This article elaborated on the basic ideas about the conversion of the 54 and the 80 urban coordinate systems of Benxi, and the mathematical model suitable for computer and calculator programming. It also gave examples to analyze and compare the precision of this method of conversion, and suggested several points for attention during the conversion process.
