规范建设工程竣工规划验收测量成果资料的探讨

Study on Standardizing Survey Achievements Data of Check and Acceptance of Planning for the Completed Construction Project

建设工程竣工规划验收是城市规划批后管理的一项重要工作,验收测量的成果报告则是城市规划行政主管部门作出审批的重要依据,验收测量的资料成果是否准确、直观、明了,将直接影响到办案人员的判断。近年来,竣工规划验收测量工作在全国大中城市逐渐开展,但业内并没有形成统一的成果规范。本文笔者根据多年的竣工验收测量经验,现结合其他城市的做法,对规范建设工程竣工规划验收测量成果资料做了一些探讨。

Check and acceptance of planning for the completed construction project is an important task for urban planning department after planning approval, and survey achievements data of check and acceptance of the completed construction is important information for urban planning department to approve the project. Whether the survey achievements data is accurate and clear makes direct influence on check and acceptance of the completed construction project. Recently, survey on check and acceptance of the completed construction project is more and more popular, but the survey achievements data is not standardized. This paper studied the standardization in survey achievements data of check and acceptance of planning for the completed construction project,based on the author＇s and other city＇s experience.
