浅议美国社区学院及其对我国高等职业教育的借鉴作用

Simply Talking about the America Community Colleges and Its Reference for Higher Vocational Education in China

美国的社区学院是一种一至二年的短学制高等职业教育机构,是当今世界高等职业教育的成功典范。我国高等职业教育尚处在探索阶段,社区学院成功的办学经验值得我们学习和借鉴。主要从社区学院的人才培养目标、教学方式、师资队伍建设和专业课程设置四个方面总结分析了社区学院的办学经验,以此提出发展我国高等职业教育的新途径。

The community college of America is a kind of institution for higher vocational education which has a short term of study of one or two years. It is the model of higher vocational education in the world today .Higher vocational education in China is in a stage for exploring now. we try to analyze the experiences in holding school of community college in four aspects： the aim of talent fostering, the style of teaching and learning, the construction of qualified teachers and setting up the majors and curriculums. From these experiences, we can find the new way to develop our higher vocational education.
