总结了河南省纳米材料工程技术研究中心接受高校学生顶岗实习的经验,提出可以利用高校工程中心的专业优势和特色,设计适合专业实习的科研生产和管理活动,使学生在了解先进工艺技术的同时培养创新意识,并了解企业的运作和管理模式,提高学生的职业素质和就业技能。

Experience of professional practice for college students in research center of Henan province for engineering and technology of nano - materials is summarized in this paper. Fitting professional research, production and management practice can be designed by using professional advantages and features of engineering center in university to make students understand the advanced technology and the business operational modes and foster innovative consciousness, which can improve the vocational quality and job skills of students.
