摘要
伴随着经济的高速增长,社会对应用型技术人才的需求与日俱增,使得我国职业教育呈现出巨大的发展潜力。要确保职业教育培养目标的实现,就必须建设一支数量充足、质量合格、结构合理、勤于工作的职校师资队伍,减少优秀教师的流失,优化师资队伍结构,充分调动教师工作的积极性。如何建立一套完善、有效的教师管理机制,成为一个亟待解决的问题。
With the fast development of economy, the demand for practical skilled personnel in the society increases rapidly, which makes vocational education develop potentially in China. In order to assure the target of vocational education being achieved, the teaching staff must be qualified, hard - working, sufficient in number, and reasonably structured. It is necessary to reduce the outflow of outstanding teachers, to optimize the structure of teaching staff and to motivate the teachers. It is a problem to be solved that how to establish a sound and effective teacher management system.
