铝合金薄壁件侧壁铣削力模型理论分析 被引量:2

摘要 在分析现有文献有关铣削加工力学模型的基础上,对各模型的优缺点进行了评价,并针对铝合金LY12CZ材料在特定切削条件下,以加工薄壁板为例,进行了力学数值比较。提出力学模型的应用范围,为实际切削加工中切削参数的优化选取提供理论依据。 Based on the existing studies on milling force model ,advantages and disadvantages of the models arc commented. Then ,milling process of aerospace aluminum alloy LY12CZ was simulated based on the presented cutting models,and cutting forces under the given cutting conditions is gained. Put forward the application of mechanics models, all these work lays the foundation for the selection of cutting parameters in miUing process.
