摘要
本文通过对汽车后背门的逆向反求、结构优化设计与后背门模具设计,详细阐述了后背门点云的采集、点云预处理、点云分割和曲面的反求构形方法等逆向工程关键技术,完成了后背门静态性能计算与分析及其模具设计与成形分析。
This article elaborates on the hatchbaek of the collection point cloud, the point cloud pre-processing and the complex surface configuration methods etc. key technologies in reverse engineering through the hatchback reverse of the automobile, structural optimization design and the back door mold design and the hatchback mould design, which completely finish hatchback static performance calculation, analysis and the hatchback mould design, forming analysis.
