摘要
针对PS转炉吹炼中,各阶段吹炼终点难于把握的情况,通过运用目标管理的方法,结合转炉吹炼原理,分析转炉吹炼终点判断不准的原因,总结出一套比较准确的转炉吹炼终点判断方法,判断准确率达到98%以上,取得了一定的经济效益。
Aim at the situation of difficultly grasping the blow end point determination of various stages in PS converter blowing, according to use the objective management, combining with blowing converter principle, the reasons of misjudgement were analyzed, and a set of more accurate methods were summed up. The accuracy rate was up to 99% above, a certain economic benefits was achieved.
