摘要
本文研发了一个基于C/S结构的工艺卡片制定、材料定额和工时定额计算三位一体的焊接CAPP系统,使工艺人员从劳动强度较大的传统手工工艺设计方式中解放了出来,不仅缩短了工艺设计周期,提高了生产效率,还能使工艺标准化,便于查询和管理。本系统设计了用户权限,具有较高的稳定性和安全性。
The welding CAPP system based on B/S structure was researched and developed for making welding procedure, calculating the quota of welding consumables and calculating the quota of man - hour, which could liberation of technologist form the way of the traditional manual process design which is labor - intensive, as a result, not only production efficiency is increased, process design cycle is shorten, but also welding process is standardized which could be queried and be managed conveniently. User authority is designed in this system which has the characteristic of high stability and high security.
