摘要 采用王水溶解土壤样品,用火焰原子吸收法连续测定铜、铅、锌、钴、镍五种元素,对比了两种消解体系,优化了盐酸复溶体系,优化了仪器的使用条件,方法检出限为Cu1.14μg·g^-1、Pb3.14μg·g^-1、Zn0.50μg·g^-1、Co0.94μg·g^-1、Niμg·g^-1。在加标回收实验中,相对标准偏差为2.67%~4.04%(n=10),方法回收率为92.7%-107.3%。方法用于分析土壤样品,分析结果与推荐值相符,可用于地质实验室对大量土壤样品的检测。 FAAS was applied to the determinations of copper, lead, zinc, cobalt and nickel in soil with aqua regia assisted sample digestion. Two kinds of digestion system were compared. The volume of hydrochloric acid and the use of the instrument conditions were optimized. The detection limit of every element is Cu 1.14μg·g^-1, Pb 3.14μg·g^-1, Zn 0.50μg·g^-1, Co μg·g^-1 , Ni 1.10 μg·g^-1. The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in range of 98.0% to 108.0% and the RSD is 2.67% -4.04% (n = 10). The methods were used to analyzing soil samples and the results are satisfactory. It can be used testing a large number of soil samples in geological laboratories.
