新型面罩与常规面罩麻醉下小儿动脉血二氧化碳的比较

The Conparison of PaCO_2 During Pediatric Anesthesia with New Type Mask and Routine Mask

摘要 目的:验证"新型面罩"是否可减少二氧化碳的重复吸入。方法:40例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患儿40例,随机分为常规面罩组(对照组)和新型面罩组(实验组),观察全麻下f(呼吸频率)、FiCO2(吸入二氧化碳分压)、PETCO2(呼吸末二氧化碳分压)的变化。结果:静吸复合麻醉下,实验组的PaCO2(动脉血二氧化碳分压)(40.9±4.09)mm Hg明显低于对照组的PaCO2(53.22±7.02)mm Hg,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。且随着手术时间的延长,对照组的PETCO2有逐渐增高的趋势,二实验组基本维持于正常水平。结论:新型面罩可明显减少二氧化碳重复吸入,减少高二氧化碳血症的发生。 Objective:To investigate whether the new type mask reduced the reinhalation of carbon dioxide or not by measuring PETCO2 and PaCO2 of children during the general anesthesia with the routine facemask or the new type mask.Methods:Forty children were assigned randomly to two groups: control group(the routine facemask group n=20) and experiment group(the new type mask group n=20).After induction of general anesthesia,the apprpproate oropharyngeal were placed in control group and the new type masks were used in experiment group.We observed the respiratory frequency,PETCO2.Results:PaCO2 [(40.9±4.09) mm Hg]in experinent group were significantly lower than PaCO2[(53.22±7.02) mm Hg] in control group(P〈0.01).PETCO2 Increased gradually during the operation in control group.However,it didn't change apparently in experinent group.Conclusion:The new type mask could significantly reduce the reinhalation of carbon dioxide and hypercapnia.
