UF-100尿沉渣分析仪在尿路感染筛检中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪对临床疑为尿路感染患者的尿液进行检测,以此探讨UF-100对尿路感染筛检中的应用价值。方法:取清洁中段尿在UF-100中检测尿细菌计数(Bact)、尿白细胞计数(WBC)、细菌体积(FSC2)三个参数进行阴性和阳性筛选,同时作定量细菌培养并将结果作比较,用Yerushalmy模式评价2种方法的一致性及UF-100筛检的灵敏度、特异性等。结果:329份标本中,UF-100筛选尿路感染灵敏度为98%,特异性为88.5%,阳性预计值为88.5%,阴性预计值为98.2%。结论:用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检测尿Bact、WBC、FSC2三个参数并联合应用可以作为尿路感染的筛选方法。
