吸毒与伽玛刀毁损治疗药瘾对记忆的影响

The effect of addiction and abstinence by γ-knife spoiling cingulate gyrus on memory

为探讨吸毒与伽玛刀治疗药瘾对患者记忆的影响，应用记忆量表检查药物依赖者与经伽玛刀治疗的药瘾患者，并与正常组对照。5项分测验是表分平均值，非治疗药瘾组较对照组偏低，总量表分与记忆商药瘾组明显低于对照组。提示吸毒成瘾可对记忆功能造成损害。伽玛刀治疗药瘾组与非治疗药瘾组记忆商分别为93、97，属中等水平下限，明显低于正常对照组。表明伽玛刀靶点毁损对患者记忆功能无不良影响，原因在于伽玛刀毁损扣带回前部较小靶区，未能中断整个Papez环路的神经传导。

Clinical memory scale was used to investigate the effect of addiction and abstinence by γ-knife treatment(partial cingulectomy)on menlory, which was contrasted by normal group. The result of statistic showed: the mean values in various items of the addictive group were lower than those of the controled group, with the most significanc difference in nonsense shape memory(P<0.001). The total scores and memory quotient(MQ)in this group were also significandy lower(P<0. 05). The results above suggested that there were some damage to memory on addictive patients. When the γ-knife treated group was compared with addictive troup,there were no obvious difference between the two,with MQ93 and 97 in the two groups destinctively. The values were significantly lower than that of the concrol(106) and were near to the low limit of the normal level. The results indicated that there was no further damage on memory due to the γknife treatment. It was supposed that partial cingulectomy didn't disconnect the Papaz memory circuit. The whole effect of γ-knife treatment was to eliminate further damage on brain function due to addiction.
