严寒地区既有居住建筑节能改造的几点思考

Energy-saving Projects of Existing Residential Buildings in Cold Regions

对既有居住建筑进行节能改造,以避免能源的浪费,提高居住环境的热舒适度,已成为我国当前必须尽快解决的重大问题。针对严寒地区既有居住建筑的目前情况,以及国家政策,探讨了改造的常用措施和施工做法,分析了改造前后建筑构件的节能对比,最后提出亟待解决的问题。

Energy-saving retrofitting on the existing residential buildings is the most pressing task to be resolved for avoiding energy resources wasted and enhancing the in-door temperatures.Taking both the state policies and the conditions of the existing residential buildings into consideration,the common measures and construction methods adopted for the retrofitting project are covered with analytical contrast on the pre-retrofitting and post-retrofitting building members,and the relative problems in bad need of attention are proposed.
