耐候性试验方法本身对其试验结果影响较大。在分析实测数据并结合相关试验的基础上,对耐候性试验方法本身进行了一些探讨。进行耐候性试验时,应该以试件表面温度作为温控对象。对于同一试验箱内同时受检的两面试验墙,当一面墙为聚苯板薄抹灰外保温系统,另一面墙为聚苯板厚抹灰外保温系统或聚苯颗粒保温砂浆系统时,应以聚苯板薄抹灰的试件表面温度为温度控制基准;当两面墙均为聚苯板厚抹灰或聚苯颗粒保温砂浆系统时或聚苯板薄抹灰外贴厚层陶质砖时,可将升温时间改为2h,相应的恒温时间减少1h。当同一试验箱的两面试验墙采用相同的薄抹灰外保温系统而且热阻相近时,可以两面墙的平均温度作为控制基准。耐候性试验所用喷淋之水,不应使用未加处理的自来水;如用循环水,则既要过滤,还要控制其碱度。耐候性试验时,应控制箱体内的湿度。耐候性试验室的温湿度也应进行控制。研究结果将有助于耐候性试验的标准化,也将有助于相关标准的制定与修订。
The weather resistance test method of the thermal-insulation system for out-wall will enormously affect the test result.The test is discussed with the practical data analysis.In the test,the superficial temperature of the sample shall be considered as the controlled object.For the two walls tested simultaneously in the same test-cabin,if one of them is external thermal insulation composite system based on expanded polystyrene (ETICS),and the other one is the thick-coating one or ETIRS,the temperature should be controlled on the basis of ET ICS's temperature;if both of them are thick-coating types or ETIRS,or the ETICS is finished with thick ceramic materials,the heating-up time could be changed to two hours,and the corresponding time of constant temperature could be reduced by one hour.If both of these two walls utilize the ETICS with the similar thermal resistance,the control baseline could be decided by the average temperature of two walls.The tap water without treatment shouldn't be the spraying water for the durability test.The cycle water should be utilized after filtering and controlling the alkalinity.The temperature and humidity of the laboratory shall be controlled.The result is assistant to the standardization of the weathering test and corresponding norms'constitution and revising.
