绿色建材的SPA优选

SPA for Prior Choice of "Green" Building Material

基于可持续发展观念的绿色建筑,首先必须考虑建筑材料的"4R"原则、本土观念及系统工程特性,因此,绿色建材的选用是绿色建筑的核心问题。通过分析绿色建材选用存在的问题,提出采用SPA法对绿色建材进行优选。并以绿色建材混凝土的优选为例进行分析计算,结果表明该方法操作方便、计算简明、快速便捷,计算结果较为客观,可信度高,对绿色建材的优选具有较强的实用性。

Based on the sustainable development idea,the ＂4R＂ principle,local provincialism and system engineering must be firstly considered for ＂green＂ building.Analyzing choosing ＂green＂ materials,the core issue,the SPA method is proposed as the prior choice.Taking concrete as the ＂green＂ building material for example,the analysis and calculation show that the method is convenient,concise and quick.The calculation result is more objective and reliable,which has the value of application for prior choice of ＂green＂ building material.
