基于地方性高校突出"应用型"的人才培养目标,围绕提高教学质量,培养学生的创新能力、综合能力和工程实践能力为主线,讨论了教师队伍培养、教学方法、教学手段、实践教学及考核方式的改革措施,强调了实践性环节在培养过程中的重要性。实践证明,这些改进的教学方法对于充分挖掘学生潜力,激发求知欲望,提高教学质量,促进教学改革具有重要意义。

Based on the ＂application＂ talent training objectives in local colleges and universities, focusing on improving the quality of teaching, students＇ ability to innovate, comprehensive ability and capacity of the engineering practice, the paper discusses the way of reform measures, including the training of teachers, teaching methods, practice teaching and assessment, emphasizing the practical aspects in the training process of importance. Practice has proved that these improvements in teaching methods for students do good to fully tap the potential to stimulate desire for knowledge, improve the quality of teaching and promote teaching reform.
