摘要
目的探讨泽兰对小鼠免疫功能的抑制效应。方法 8周龄昆明种小鼠150只,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75只。对照组小鼠给予蒸馏水每只每天0.5 mL,观察组给予泽兰水煎剂(0.25 g·L^(-1))每只每天0.5 mL,均连续灌胃7 d,自由取食。7 d后,做淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘脂酶(ANAE)的检测、碳廓清实验、抗体IgM生成量测定、耳朵肿胀实验以及脾淋巴细胞转化实验,观察泽兰水煎剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果观察组小鼠外周血中淋巴细胞ANAE阳性细胞百分数、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬碳粒的功能、小鼠抗体生成细胞分泌的抗体IgM量、小鼠双耳的质量差、由刀豆蛋白刺激引起的T淋巴细胞转化率和由脂多糖刺激引起的B淋巴细胞转化率均明显低于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论泽兰具有明显抑制小鼠免疫功能的作用。
Objective To study the depression effect of Lycopus lucidus on mice's immune function. Methods One hun- dred and fifty Kunming mice of eight weeks were randomly divided into observation group and control group, seventy-five mice in each group. The mice in control group were given distilled water 0.5 mL per day, meanwhile, the mice were given decoction of Lycopus luc/dus 0.5 mL(0.25 g . L-1 ) in observation group. All mice were given the solution by intragastric administration for 7 days consecutively,and they were fed freely. Then the effect of Lycopus lucidus on mice's immune function was observed by the test of ot-naphthyl acetate esterase( ANAE), carbon clearance experiment, the amount of IgM produced antibody producing cell, ear swelling and splenic lymphocyte transformation experiment. Results The rate of lymphocytic ANAE of peripheral blood,the phagotrophic function of mononuclear macrophage, amount of IgM produced by antibody producing cell, the weight difference of biauricular,T lymphocyte transformation rate and B lymphocyte transformation rate which were stimulated by ConA and lipopo- lysaccharide respectively and in observation group were lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Lycopus luc/dus can markedly suppress immune functions in mice.
