氟西汀联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察氟西汀联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法 80例抑郁症患者随机分成氟西汀组和氟西汀联合喹硫平组,每组40例。于治疗前和治疗1、2、4、6、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、HAMD中焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍2因子评分、以及副反应量表(TESS)评定。结果 2组使用氟西汀平均剂量比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟西汀联合喹硫平组显效率明显高于氟西汀组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);氟西汀联合喹硫平组在治疗1、2、4、6、8周末时HAMD评分及焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍2因子评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),氟西汀组在治疗2、4、6、8周末时HAMD评分及焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍2因子评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但在治疗1周末与治疗前比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);氟西汀联合喹硫平组在治疗1、2、4周末时HAMD评分明显低于氟西汀组(P<0.05);2组治疗后在焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍2因子评分方面比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间患者TESS量表总分比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟西汀联合小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症可提高疗效,并能迅速改善睡眠障碍和焦虑/躯体化症状。 Objective To observation the clinical effects of fluoxetine combined with small-dose quetiapine in the treat- ment of patients with depressive disorder. Methods Eighty cases of depressive disorder were randomly divided into fluoxetine group and fluoxetine plus quetiapine group, forty cases in each group. The patients were assessed by hamilton rating scale for de- pression(HAMD) and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) before and after 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks treatment. Results The average fluoxetine dose in two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; Effective rate in fluoxetine plus quetiapine group was obviously higher than that in fluoxetine group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with before treatment, total scores of HAMD in fluoxetine plus quetiapine group was significantly lower after 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks treatment (P 〈 0.05 ), total scores of HAMD in fluoxetine group was significantly lower after 2,4,6 and 8 weeks treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no significant difference after one week treatment in fluoxetine group (P 〉 0.05 ) ;Total scores of HAMD in fluoxetine plus quetiapine group was signifi- cantly lower than that in fluoxetine group after 1,2,4 weeks treatment( P 〈 0.05 ) ;There were significant differences in HAMD scores of symptom of body discomfort, sleep disorder and orexis after treatment between two groups (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no significant differences in TESS ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; There was no statistical significance in rate of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Fluoxetine with small-dose quetiapine can improve the efficacy in treating depressive disorder, and can quickly improve sleep disorder and orexis and the feeling of bodg discomfort.
