摘要
研究物权法的调整对象,是研究物权法的前提。在理论与实践中,关于物权法调整对象的争论一直十分热烈。在物权法颁布实施两年有余的今天,重新审视调整对象,理清归属与利用的关系,无论是对以后的理论探讨,还是对法律的正确适用,均大有裨益。
Studies on the adjusting object of real fight law is the precondition of studies on real right law. In the theory and practice, the adjusting object is heatedly discussed. Now two years have passed since this law was put into practice. Re - examining the adjusting object and sorting out the relationship of ascription and application is beneficial to the future theoretical exploration or law.
