摘要
由于手术技术的提高，对移植免疫学认识的加深以及强有力免疫抑制剂的问世，器官移植近期效果明显提高。以同种肾移植为例，移植物1年存活率已高达90％以上，但远期效果并未同步提高。为此，更高的长期存活率和更好的生活质量是我们追求的目标。
