湿性医疗技术治疗面颈部烧伤92例效果探讨

Discussion on Clinical Effect of Treating 92 Faciocervical Burn Patients with MEBT/MEBO.

目的:回顾性总结我科应用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗各种原因导致的面颈部皮肤烧伤92例临床疗效。方法:烧伤皮肤创面经清创后,创面暴露,外涂MEBO治疗,总结湿性医疗技术综合治疗的疗效。结果:MEBO具有较好的止痛作用,抗感染能力较强,促进皮肤再生修复,深度创面无瘢痕愈合,不需植皮亦可自行愈合。结论:MEBT/MEBO治疗面颈部皮肤烧伤疗效满意,值得推广应用。

Objective：To retrospectively summarize the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO in treating 92 cases of burn patients resulted from various cause.Method： MEBO was applied to exposed burns wounds of 92 patients after debridement.The efficacy of MEBT/MEBO was summarized.Results：Treating faciocervical burns with MEBT/MEBO has advantages including stopping pain well,strong anti-infection ability,promoting skin regeneration and repair and no scar formation,so it can reach self-healing without skin-grafting.Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has significant effect to treat faciocervical burns.
