摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合高压氧(HBO)对慢性溃疡的疗效,并探讨其治疗方法。方法:将90例慢性溃疡病人分为3组:A组采用MEBO联合HBO治疗,B组采用MEBO治疗,C组采用传统的换药方法治疗,每组30例。结果:A、B两组有明显的止痛作用,A组愈合时间优于B组和C组,预防创面瘢痕形成同B组无明显差异,优于C组。结论:MEBO联合HBO治疗慢性溃疡有协同作用,因此MEBO联合HBO是治疗慢性溃疡的最佳方法。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of MEBO combining with hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） in treating chronic ulcers so as to explore a effective method in treating chronic ulcers.Method：90 cases of patients were divided into three groups evenly,i.e.group A（MEBO combining with HBO group）,group B（MEBO group） and group C（Routine dressing group）.Each group has 30 patients.Results：Stopping pain effect of A group and B group was obvious.The healing time of group A was superior to that of both group B and C.The effect of Preventing scar formation in group A has no obvious difference compared to that in group B,but superior to that in group C.Conclusion：MEBO combining with HBO has synergistic effect in treating chronic ulcers,and is a first choice treatment method.
