头皮广泛缺损伴部分颅骨外露坏死的治疗效果观察

摘要 目的:观察软组织缺损、颅骨外露伴部分坏死的非手术治疗效果。方法:美宝湿润烧伤膏和其它中药联合使用予创面换药,修复软组织缺损、颅骨外露伴部分坏死的创面,其中烧伤2例,电击伤1例,头皮撕脱伤2例。结果:5例患者创面愈合满意。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏和其它中药联合使用是治疗头皮广泛缺损伴部分颅骨外露坏死的理想方法。 Objective:To approach a non-surgical treatment method to treat extensive scalp defect with part of skull exposure and necrosis.Method:5 cases(2 burns,1 electrical injury and 2 scalp avulsion injury) were treated with MEBO plus other traditional Chinese herbs as wound dressing to repair soft tissue defect and skull exposure with partial necrosis.Results:All 5 cases obtained satisfactory healing effect.Conclusion:It is an ideal medical method to treat scalp defect plus part of skull exposure and necrosis with MEBO plus other traditional Chinese herbs.
