湿润烧伤膏联合表皮细胞生长因子修复兔膝关节软骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合表皮细胞生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)对兔膝关节局部全层软骨缺损的修复作用。方法:30只新西兰大白兔,制成兔膝关节软骨缺损创面。按治疗方法不同随机分为三组,A组:MEBO+EGF组,B组:EGF组,C组:庆大霉素对照组。分别于术后4、8和12周每组各处死3只动物,取材进行大体、组织学及免疫组化染色观察,根据关节软骨组织学计分标准进行评分,数据输入SPSS11.0软件统计分析,比较各组的评分差异是否具有统计学意义。结果:MEBO+EGF组为透明软骨样修复,而单纯EGF组和对照组为纤维性修复;对术后12周大体及各阶段组织学形态评分结果示,MEBO+EGF组明显优于EGF组和对照组(P<0.05);EGF组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MEBO联合EGF对兔膝关节全层软骨缺损有修复作用。 Objective:To study the curative effects of MEBO combining with epidermal growth factor(EGF)on the full thickness cartilage defects in keen joint of rabbit.Methods:Thirty healthy New Zealand rabbits were divided into three groups randomly,10 rabbits of each group,i.e.group A(MEBO and EGF group),group B(EGF group) and group C(Gentamicin group).Three rabbits of each group were killed at 4,8 and 12 weeks respectively after the operation.Then the samples were observed by naked eye,histological and immunohistochemical method.The observed results were scored in accordance with judging standard of histology of articular cartilage.The scored data then were imported into statistic software of SPSS 11.0 for statistic processing.The results obtained in statistic processing were compared.Results:The defects in group A was repaired as hyline-like tissue,but the other groups were repaired as fibrous tissue.The scored morphology results obtained from naked eye observation at the time point of 12 weeks of post-operation and histology observation at each sampling stage showed that the scores of group A were significant better than that of group B and group C(P〈0.05),and the scores of group B were superior to that of group C(P〈0.05).Conclusion:MEBO combining with EGF has effect to repair full-thickness cartilage defects in keen jiont of rabbit.
