摘要
目的:探讨烧伤治疗的基本原则。方法:本院自2003年3月至2008年6月共收治1102例烧伤病人,对所有病人依据烧伤治疗的基本原则进行抗感染、营养支持、创面处理、抗休克、植皮、防治并发症等治疗,同时,对病人伤前的慢性疾病采取相应治疗措施。结果:1102例病人,治愈1084例,中途放弃治疗15例,死亡3例。结论:遵守治疗烧伤的基本原则,可使病人治愈效果好,生活质量得到提高。
Objective：To discuss basic principles of burn treatment. Method：1102 hospitalized burn patients were enrolled in from March,2003 to June,2008.All patients were treated according to basic principles of burn treatment including anti-infection,nutritional support,wound management,anti-shock,skin grafting and preventing complications et al.Meanwhile,corresponding therapeutic measures were taken for patients having chronic diseases before burn injury. Results：Of 1102 cases,1084 cases were cured;15 cases gave up the treatment halfway and 3 cases were dead. Conclusion：To follow the basic principles of burn treatment can improve cure effects and life quality of burn patients.
