摘要
目的:观察美宝创疡贴(原名:美宝创面速愈贴)对细菌性感染的作用及对末梢神经和末梢组织再生的疗效。方法:对50名脓性指头炎以及甲沟炎患者在未进行抗感染和减压的情况下,用美宝创疡贴进行治疗。结果:治愈42例,放弃治疗3例,未进行跟踪调查5例,均未出现功能障碍及不适。结论:美宝创疡贴对脓性指头炎及甲沟炎的治疗效果显著,对炎性物质刺激末梢神经导致的局部剧烈疼痛有显著的缓解作用。
Objective：To observe the effect of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Healing on bacteria infection control and regeneration of peripheral nerve and peripheral tissue.Method：50 cases of patients with whitlow and paronychia were treated with MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Healing without any other treatment of anti-infection and decompression.Results：Among of all cases,42 cases were healing,3 cases gave up treatment and 5 cases lost following-up.No dysfunction and discomfort in all cases were observed.Conclusion：MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Healing has significant effect in treating whitlow and paronnychia,and can obviously relieve local pain caused by nerve stimulation by inflammatory substance.
