摘要
目的探讨系统阅读训练对脑卒中失读症的临床效果。方法104例脑卒中失读症患者分成观察组(51例)和对照组(53例),两组均采取常规言语训练,观察组在此基础上增加系统阅读训练。每天1次,每次30min。疗程1个月。治疗前和治疗结束时分别采用汉语标准失语症检查法进行评价。结果发现存在3种类型的失读症:额叶失读、失读伴失写和皮质下失语性失读。治疗后两组阅读能力(出声读和阅读理解)评分均明显提高(P<0.01),但观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统阅读训练有助于提高脑卒中失读症患者的阅读能力。
Objective To explore the effect of system reading therapy on alexia after stroke.Methods 104 stroke patients with alexia were divided into two groups：observation group（51） and control group（53）. General speech training were used for the two groups,while the observation group received system reading training at the same time,all for 30 minutes,once a day for 1 month. Chineses Standard Aphasic Examination was applied to assess the reading ability before and 1 month after treatment.Results There are three kinds of alexia in the patients：frontal alexia,alexia with agaphia,and subcortical aphasic alexia. Reading ability improved in the two groups （P〈0.01）,but the observation group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion System reading therapy is very helpful to improve reading ability of stroke patients with alexia.
