Side effects of nudeolide analogs in the trealment of chronic hepatilis B

摘要 核苷（酸）类似物的应用为广大慢性乙型肝炎患者带来了福音，但药物长期应用带来的毒副作用不容忽视。此文就国内目前使用的4种核苷（酸）类似物的毒副作用进行综述。 Nucleotide analogs have bronght great benefit for the patients with chronic hepatitis B. However, the side effects caused by long-term use of drugs can not be ignored. In this paper, the side effects of 4 kinds of nueleotide analogs used in China at present are reviewed.
