The Procedure and Effect of Health Education in the Holistic Nursing Care of Model Ward

本文总结了开展整体护理模式病房试点工作中,本着以基础护理为突破口,健康教育为特点的原则进行了健康教育程序设计,即:规范健康教育内容:培训健康教育骨干队伍;应用护理程序方法实施健康教育。使护士在进行健康教育时有章可循,更具科学性、规范性和可操作性;健康教育使病人在住院期间和出院后能运用提供的健康信息更健康的生活:健康教育培养和训练了护士,体现了护士的自身价值。

This paper has summarized the work of holistic nursing care of model ward, based on basic nursing and characterized by health education. We have designed the procedure of health education and its content was in standardization. We have trained the health education mainstay team, implemented the health education by using the mode of the nursing process. Nurses carried out health education according to the procedure which make health education to be standard, scientific and actual. In hospital and after discharge from hospital, patients can live better by using the health informmation which they have obtained from health education. Health education has trained nurses, has shown the value of nurses.
