胸部外伤病人合并心肌挫伤可因心律失常或心功能障碍而造成死亡。因心肌挫伤缺乏外部征象,且常与更明显的创伤同时发生,医生往往对心肌挫伤缺乏警惕性,而我们对15例胸部外伤合并心肌挫伤的病人进行详细询问病史,连续心电监护,持续低流量吸氧,密切观察病情变化,大大降低了死亡率。

Thoracic injuried patients associated with myocardial contusion are often die from arrhythmia or heart disorder. Due to the conditions that lack of external symptoms and having the coincidence with trauma, sometimes medical workers neglect to heart contusion. The 15 cases with chest injury associated with myocardial contusion were admitted. Through careful inquiry of history, low flow exygen inhaled and intensive care were given to the patients, their morbidity and mortality were remarkablely reduced.
