A case of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome associated with cytomegalovirus infection

报告1例药物超敏综合征并发巨细胞病毒感染。患者女,21岁。临床表现为三联征:皮损,血液学检查异常和内脏受累。患者血清中巨细胞病毒水平与临床表现相关。

Drug-associated hypersensitivity syndrome （DHS） is a rare and potentially fatal drug reaction characterized by fever, skin rash and internal organ abnormalities. It has been accepted that virus infection may play a role in the development of this syndrome. Here a typical case of drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome associated with cytomegalovirus infection is reported. A 21-year-old lady presented with typical clinical features of eruption, abnormal results of blood test and internal organ involved. The detection of copy of CMV DNA in patient＇s sera was coincidence with its clinic manifestation.
