本文论述了无氧阈理论的生理生化基础,并对无氧阈的测试方法,影响因素以及应用等方面作了较为详细的介绍.
In this article, physiological and biochemical bases of anaerobic threshold were discussed. And measure methods, influence factors and applications of anaerobic threshold were introduced clear.
