透明压膜托盘给药法治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Transparent Pressure-swage with Delivering Medicine on Dentine Hypersensitivity

目的研究透明压膜托盘给药法治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法双侧后牙面磨损敏感指数Ⅰ度以上的50例患者共166颗患牙,将双侧患牙随机分为2组。使用透明压膜托盘给药物治疗为试验组,共92颗牙;另一侧单独使用药物作常规脱敏治疗为对照组,共74颗牙。2组治疗1疗程后,对即刻、1个月、3个月后疗效进行观察,用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果2组即刻疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1个月后,对照组有效率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月后,对照组有效率明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用透明压膜托盘给药法治疗牙本质敏感症效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of application of transparent pressure-swage in treatment for dentine hypersensitivity.Methods A total of 166 teeth from 50 patients with bilateral occlusal surface abrading and dentine hypersensitivity over degree one were selected.These teeth were randomly classified into group A（experimental group, with 92 teeth） and group B（control group,with 74 teeth）.Transparent impression tray with delivering medicine treatment and regular medicine treatment were applied in these two groups respectively.Immediate efficacy and efficacies after one month and three months were compared between two groups.Results For immediate efficacy,difference was observed P〉0.05;After one month,the effect of group B was lower than that of group AP〈0.05.After 3 month,efficacy in group B was significantly lower than that in group A P〈0.01.Conclusion It is significantly more effective to apply transparent pressure-swage with delivering medicine on dentine hypersensitivity,and it is worthy to applied on clinical application.
