八会穴“髓会”之异议

Different opinion about "marrow meeting acupoint" of eight confluent acupoints

"绝骨"为八会穴之"髓会",但历代医家及现代临床很少用该穴治疗与髓相关病证。本文从古代文献记载、穴位对应关系以及临床治疗作用等方面考证"髓会枕骨"较"髓会绝骨"更符合八会穴理论及临床实用性,认为八会穴之髓会当为"枕骨"。

Juegu （GB 39） is the ＂marrow meeting acupoint＂ of eight confluent acupoints, but this acupoint is seldom used to treat the diseases interrelated marrow either by physicians of past generations or in the modern clinic. The authors have researched that ＂marrow meeting in Zhengu （GB 11）＂ is more in accord with the theory and the clinical practicality of eight confluent acupoints than ＂marrow meeting in Juegu （GB 39）＂ from the records of ancient literature and the correspondence of eight confluent acupoints and their clinical effect, and presume that Zhengu （GB 11） should he the marrow meeting acupoint of eight confluent acupoints.
