摘要 microRNA(miRNA)及DNA的甲基化修饰都属于表观遗传学的重要内容,两者在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要的作用.目前发现,microRNA与DNA甲基化之间存在着复杂的相互调控机制.本文将就两者在大肠癌中相互作用的研究进展进行综述,旨在为大肠癌的研究提供新的思路. The research on the regulation of microRNAs (miRNAs) and DNA methylation belongs to the scope of epigenetics.Both microRNAs (miRNAs) and DNA methylation play an important role in the development and progression of human cancers.Recently,it has been demonstrated that there exist complex reciprocal regulatory mechanisms between microRNAs and DNA methylation.In this paper,we will give a review of the recent advances in understanding such reciprocal regulation in colorectal cancer,with an aim to offer new insight into the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
