自改革开放以来,由于受经济发展水平的限制,中国食品行业中绝大部分中小型食品企业都处在卫生、食品质量安全管理的初级阶段。深圳市专诚管理咨询有限公司根据中小食品企业食品安全管理现状,牵头组建的专业团队探索出为食品企业从工厂选址、厂区规划、卫生学设计、工艺流程优化、设备选型、实验室设计到建立食品安全管理系统的一套独特的管理模式.并通过在数十家中小食品企业中的应用.取得了较好的经济及社会效益。
