壳聚糖微球对药物缓释作用的介电监测方法 被引量:3

摘要 制备了包裹作为药物模型分子水杨酸的壳聚糖微球,并测量了该微球悬浮液的介电谱,发现了显著的介电弛豫现象,通过对弛豫进行模型化解析获得了反映微球和连续介质电性质的参数.进一步对该微球在水中的释放过程进行了实时监测,即通过反映弛豫特征的参数以及组成相的电参数随水杨酸分子释放时间的变化来监测释放过程.研究发现,包裹了水杨酸的壳聚糖微球在水中的缓释过程分为遵循不同释放机制的3个阶段.对于缓释阶段,导出了介电解析获得的相参数和微球内所包裹的水杨酸含量之间的定量关系,建立了通过测量和解析介电谱来获得不同时刻微球内的物质释放量的实时监测方法。
