摘要
《饮膳正要》是一部系统介绍元代宫廷饮食文化的专著,其丰富的内容对于深入探析元代的饮食、养生及中外文化交流具有较高的学术意义。本文拟就该书若干资料与其他本草书籍相似的记载相互比勘,总结其特点和史料价值,以此引起学界对此书的重视。
Principle of Correct Diet (Yin Shan Zheng Yao《饮膳正要》) is a scholarly treatise specializing in the imperial palace food culture in Yuan dynasty, which is of great academic importance in study of diets, nutrition, health and intercultural exchanges with the substantial contents in it. The article compares the materials from the book with the records from other herbal documents, summarizes its features and historical values in order to draw attention from the academic circle.
