摘要
自1993－1997年采用球囊扩张术治疗小儿良性食管狭窄12例。扩张1～4次不等，结果11例痊愈，1例症状改善。说明小儿良性狭窄，特别是先天性食管狭窄和食管闭锁术后疤痕狭窄行球囊扩张是安全有效的。
From 1993 to 1997, 12 patients of plecliatric benign strrietuter of esophagus were treated with dilatation of baloon. By treated one to four times, 11 cases were successful and 1 case was improved. Dilatation of balloon is a safe and effective methed in pediatric benign strictuer of esophagus es-pecially in congenital stricture of esophagus and cicatricial stricture of mphagus.
