鼠疫菌毒力测定概念及计算公式的研讨

目的纠正以前鼠疫菌毒力测定中的错误概念,推荐更加适用的半数致死量(LD50)计算方法。方法通过查阅文献和著作,引用标准的概念纠错;论述原教科书计算LD50公式的弊病。结果引用正确的概念澄清以前鼠疫菌毒力测定混淆的概念,为今后工作统一概念和标准;建议采用更加容易计算LD50的公式和方法。结论纠正错误的概念后,鼠疫菌毒力测定将在正确的概念下进行数据分析和论述;改良寇氏法计算LD50和可信限更加适用于鼠疫菌毒力测定时半数致死量的计算。

Objective To correct wrong concept which have not been test properly,to recommend the median lethal dose（LD50）.Methods We＇ve looked up a number of literatures and writings,to adduce standard concept and discuss the wrong in the textbooks.Results to adopt the accurate concept and unify work standards;suggest using the formula LD50.Conclusions After correcting wrong concept,it is be analyzing and discussing that the yersinia pestis virulence test;improved Kou＇s method is suitable for the LD50 calculation.
