星形细胞肿瘤P_53和PCNA表达研究

EXPRESSION OF.P53 PROTEIN AND PCNA IN ASTROCYTIC NEOPLASM

应用免疫组织化学LSAB法，对56例星形细胞癌中抑癌基因P53蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原PCNA表达进行检测。结果显示：P_53蛋白和PCNA在星形细胞瘤Ⅱ级、Ⅲ～Ⅳ级中阳性率显著高于星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级，而Ⅱ、Ⅲ～Ⅳ组间无显著性差异。故对星形细胞瘤中P_53及PCNA检测有可能作为估计星形细胞瘤恶性程度的辅助指标。

Using LSAB immunohistochemical metheds, we examined the P53 and PCNA protein expression in 56 cases of astrocytic neoplasms. The results showed that there is a higher poitive rate in Ⅱ、 Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ class than Ⅰ class in astrocytic neoplasm. There is no obvious difference between Ⅱ and Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ calss. The results suggest that the expression of P53 and PCNA protein play an important role in estimaing the degree of malignance in astrocytic neoplasm.
