乳腺癌多层螺旋CT灌注成像表面通透性与MMP-2表达的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌多层螺旋CT(MSCT)灌注成像参数表面通透性(PS)与基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP2)表达的相关性。方法经手术病理证实的45例乳腺癌患者,未经治疗且术前行MSCT灌注成像并获得患侧及对侧正常乳腺灌注图像及灌注参数PS;采用免疫组织化学检测乳腺癌组织及正常乳腺组织MMP-2表达,并对乳腺癌灌注参数PS和MMP-2表达进行相关性分析。结果乳腺癌组织MSCT灌注参数PS均值明显高于对侧正常乳腺,差异具有统计学意义(P(0.01);乳腺癌组织MMP-2阳性表达率为91.11%,明显高于正常乳腺组织(8.89%),差异具有统计学意义(P(0.01);乳腺癌组织MMP-2阳性表达评分分数均值为4.81±0.75,与PS存在正相关(r=0.618,P(0.01)。结论乳腺癌MSCT高渗透状态与MMP-2表达呈正相关,乳腺MSCT灌注成像在体无创评价乳腺癌肿瘤血管生成及预后有重要意义。
