牙周炎和早产相关性的研究

Correlation of chronic periodontitis and preterm

摘要 牙周炎是一种常见的口腔慢性感染性疾病,是导致成人失牙的主要原因之一。近年来的研究显示,牙周炎也是早产低体质量儿(Preterm low birth weight,PLBW)的一个重要危险因素。该文就牙周炎和早产的相关性研究进行综述。 Chronic periodontitis （CP） is an infectious disease and is the cause of adult tooth loss. Recent studies demonstrated that CP is also an important risk factor of preterm with low birthweight. This review summarizes the cytokines related to both diseases and discusses the possible correlations of chronic periodontitis and preterm with low birthweight.
