GA_3和6-BA对粉绿铁线莲种子发芽特性的影响

Effects of Plant Growth Regulators GA_3 and 6-BA on Seed Germination Characteristic of Clematis glauca

以粉绿铁线莲为材料,用两种不同浓度的6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和赤霉素(GA3)处理种子,研究两种植物生长调节剂对铁线莲种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明,GA3(A1mg/L)和6-BA(B2mg/L)处理对促进种子的萌发作用最明显,种子发芽率分别达到64%和67%,提高了种子的发芽特性。

Clematis glauca Seeds were soaked in different concentration of GA3 and 6-BA solution to study effect of plant growth regulators on it＇ s germination characteristic. The results showed that GA3 （ B2 mg/L） and 6-BA （ BE mg/L） could increase germination percentage obviously and up to 64% and 67%.
